I had one of the recruiters come speak to me a few times. Then he interviewed me, and it went well. I didn't get the job that day. Then I had an interview with the vice president of the company. I was hired on the spot.

Interview
Go to the job site and talk to the foreman or supervisor. the supervisor asks questions about your experience, where you worked before, who you worked for most of the time they know the supervisors of the other companies. I was given a blue print and asked to show where the main trunk line is and where is the mechanical room is. I also was asked where the branch lines were and where they went. I was asked to show them my tools and gear box. I was given the job on the spot.
