Interview
Interviewer was 30mins late and didn’t have the common courtesy to apologise.
It started off alright with generic/ common questions with a female interviewer until a male interviewer joined 30mins later. Had to repeat the whole process for another 30mins before he started questioning why are you deserving of the executive title. He tried hard to convince me that I wasn’t qualified for it as I was holding a private degree certificate, quoting that local university grads are begging him for the role and lowballing their asking pay.
His comments were demeaning and unprofessional. He claims he doesn’t have a title but is an equivalent of a GM. It went on for another hour with his unruly comments and him bragging of his abilities. It was so uncomfortable I wanted to stop the interview and walk but didn’t want to appear as rude or full-of-myself.
Definitely left a strong first impression, and not a pleasant one.

Interview
Had to wait really long (like, an hour plus). And the interview itself took more than 2 hours as it wasn't quite an interview, but more of a chat. A chat which focused mostly on candidate's personality etc, but in the second half, it was spent justifying the pay you expect. Which, imo, was a first encounter for me, but I guess different companies have different needs. If you're coming in with a resume that's super fluffed and puffed up, don't. Just be honest, because you will be facing someone who can see through it. I didn't and I'm thankful I was honest about my experiences rather than try to puff up the lack of experience I had. Also the dude reads your face/body languages and psychoanalyzes pretty well, so err, be honest w your words too!
If you're an SIM/SMU student, don't apply. Been told that they're not preferred due to certain bad experiences. They are extremely picky about who they hire because the interviewer protects this business super super fiercely, and to my knowledge more than 300 applicants have been interviewed for this role at the time of my interview. Their words, not mine.
Don't schedule an interview w them if you're in a rush or in a tight schedule - chances are in such a location (in Admiralty) and their busyness/time management, it's super likely that you'll be held back.

Interview
The interview started half an hour later than the scheduled time, which was a first for me.
There was 2 interviewer and 1 of them was there mainly to boost his own achievements. The entire interview took 1.5hours and I believe 3/4 of the time he was just boosting.
I admit that I do not have much technical skills as I am just a fresh grad from a private university, but I do have some transferrable skills gained from other job experiences. While bringing me down as I am not from local University, he doubts the transferrable skills that I mentioned in my resume. Basically, the skills that I do not have, he mocks, the skills that I have, he doubts.
It was the worst interview ever.
