I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kohler Co. in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied for the job through LinkedIn and received an email back from one of the hiring managers. They sent me a link to complete the Caliper assessment and arranged a phone interview. I completed the assessment and on the day of the call they canceled and asked to reschedule. I was not able to reach the original contact and finally was directed to another one of their recruiters for the phone interview. I followed up and finally heard back from them 3 weeks later that they were moving forward with other candidates. I asked them for the results of my assessment and they said that they do not share these which is disappointing due to the amount of time I spent completing it. Overall they seemed very disorganized and I thought a company like Kohler would have a more professional process.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kohler Co. (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Quick to follow up but the overall process took a while. You speak with a couple recruiters before the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and felt more like a conversation than interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohler Co. (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
Very long process. 4+ rounds. Easy questions though. Seems like they want to push it up the later to the top before hiring. It took over 6 weeks to get it done, although it was holiday times
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohler Co. in Apr 2022
Interview
Answered the phone and had a nice welcome and short introduction. Was told the first few questions would be some basic corporate style questions and then would proceed to questions that more pertained to the position.

Question 1
First statement was are you aware of Kohlers commitment to covid19 and requiring all new hires to be vaccinated. This was not listed anywhere on the job application or requirements. Just a heads up to anyone looking.
