Interview
Interview on college campus. 30 minute time slot. 5 interviewers. Lots of typical interview questions, mostly behavioral questions. "Give us an example of a time in which you delivered excellent customer service."
They called me that night to offer me the job. They gave me a few weeks to think it over. Had me come down for drug screening, personality, and IQ tests.
I negotiated a start date wit my supervisor over the phone.
It was a very gracious process. After submitting your application they may contact you for a 30 min phone screen with HR and the Hiring Manager. If you pass that interview you will be directed to take an online assessment for personality and IQ. If you pass the test then they will contact you for one last interview. I got an offer shortly after the last interview.
Done over the phone with typical questions about resume and qualifications. The particular man I interviewed with was very easy going and down to earth. Didn't feel intimidated or anything. Time at the end was reserved for my questions about the company.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. Interviewed with a couple people in person and over the phone. The process was friendly and everything took place pretty quickly. Pretty easy interviewing process in comparison to others that I have been involved in. This is a large company so the process would likely be different depending on the business unit and department that is doing the interviewing.
