Sit down interview. Asked a few questions about previous experience. Was not too formal. Manager was kind and answered any questions that I had. Asked what my favourite product was.

Began with introductions, followed by group warm up activities/group interviews activities ended with individual interviews with store manager / hr manager / supervisor
Interview took place in store.
Gave out chocolate gift bags in the end.
