Highly unprofessional. I had a phone screening and an interview with the hiring manager, which were both straightforward. Then I was invited to an onsite interview, which they cancelled the day before and said would be rescheduled the following week. Instead of rescheduling, I was removed from consideration. This is a clear case of the left hand not knowing what the right is doing.
