I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2014
Interview
5 steps - including 2 HR screenings (in Canada and with the US HR Manager), In person with Hiring Manager + HR. Case Study, and Skype interview with regional head of supply in the US.
Took months between touch points. After the first in-person interview, the team was restructured and the hiring manage I'd initially interviewed with was no longer with the business.
It was disorganized. People didn't ask relevant questions. Everyone seemed to be making it up which showed me there was a lack of preparation. Certainly was a chaotic interview process and HR seemed very inexperienced.
it was overall good. I was asked about past experience. I was asked leadership experience I had in the past. I was interviews by immediate line manager and by head of the region.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Jul 2021
