I applied Online through their website after I was redirected from an ad on LinkedIn. I sent my CV together with a Cover Letter to state my motivations about the role. I received an invitation for a capacity test from the Talent Acquisition Manager. I performed the 30 min test and informed in written the Talent Acquisition that I did so. I received zero response or any feedback at all. I expected at least an automated letter from a company that requires its candidates to make a test. Negative experience for being treated like that from Talent Acquisition.
