I met the company representatives through an on-campus career fair. After dropping my resume, they selected me for an interview, also on my college campus. The 30 minute interview consisted of mostly talking about my past experience and behavioral questions. The recruiter simply went down my resume and asked about things that jumped at him. He then asked me some finance and accounting questions. Make sure you brush up on accounting! My interviewer was very nice and polite and also gave me a parting gift that represented Heinz. However, since he was so nice, it was hard to get a sense of how I was doing during the interview, like I didn't know if I was doing poorly and need to step up.
