Never got to the third interview. Skill set aligned perfectly with role. First two interviews were very positive and the final 1 hr interview to assess technical capability was scheduled. When booked, it was reduced to 30 minutes which was the first red flag. Then, after several days of prep, the interview was cancelled less than 24 hrs before it was to take place with the explanation that the hiring manager had decided not to continue the application process with you. Disappointing waste of time. Ageism highly suspected.
