After a long waiting period, called in at short notice to interview for a role that I had held for several years following 3G / Heinz takeover of Kraft. Then several weeks of silence while new management negotiated the organization structure to fit the financial targets demanded by the new owners. Finally laid off with several hundred others who did not fit the financial model, despite very large past and ongoing contribution. Met with smiling faces and great enthusiasm during the interview, which all proved to be false. Others going through the process had the same experience.
