Send Application, First round was an online aptitude, verbal and quantitative test, followed by an MBA recruiter pre screen round, followed by a skype with senior team followed by an in-person interview at Amsterdam office. The whole interview process was so painfully long. Every round took more than a month between the interview and its response (Total interview cycle time - 4 months!) Although the HR recruiters were very courteous and energetic, the ridiculously slow process and constant following up sucked out all the interest from the position and company.
