I got a screener call and then ghosted after by the recruiter. The rejection email arrived a week later. I have interviewed at Kraft Heinz for 3 - 4 different roles and their unprofessional attitude towards candidates never ceases to amaze me. Both hiring managers and recruiters can do a better job of communicating.
