Interview
The interview was done in 4 steps :
- a short call with a talent partner from Kraken
- very friendly and interesting
- an assignment done at home
- 4 hours longs
- a real company problem to solve
- an interview with 2 technical people from different teams
- you discuss your assignment and some other technical subject
- gives an idea about the company atmosphere
- an interview with two managers
- some technical questions were asked to see how you can explain to technical or non technical people
After the last step is completed, you get an offer quickly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraken (London, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
Conversational, engaging and fun. The take-home test was a real-world problem and I was given a lot of space to do what I wanted to do to solve the problem.
