Kraus-Anderson interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. The initial recruiter phone call went well. Once I was called back and given the opportunity to go onto the next round, the recruiter prepared me well for the next stop.

The interview process was very easy and straight forward. Most of the interview was answering questions that had to deal with one's ability to work. If you know yourself and how you work as an individual that is great but being able to show someone else with real life examples is what they are asking for.
