Interviewed for the same position in 2 teams (Pink and VS) since they were both hiring at the time. Interview with the VS team felt very rigid, and manager was fishing for specific interpersonal qualities. Interview with Pink felt a lot more relaxed, and upbeat. Both required meeting 2-3 team members, plus a member of HR in the first round. Second round was meeting with 2-3 other managers in cross-functional teams to discuss fit/background.
Recruiter was excellent at coordinating all details, providing timeline, and feedback.
