Interview
Pretty casual and comfortable, standard questions, met with several interviewers in person after initial phone interview. My office is in SoHo in a loft, so the laid back fee of the office definitely added to the casual nature of the interview. It was obvious to myself and to the interviewers that I was an excellent fit for the role, so I felt confident I would receive the offer. The company often hires as contractor/consultant for 3 months and then offers the fulltime position if everything is going well. This was the case for me.

To describe the position I was applying to in my own words.
There was one interviewer, who is also my future supervisor. We talked about the position, the company, and my past experiences, both educational and past interns/jobs It was more of a casual conversation.
I was initially contacted for a phone interview. After my phone interview I had a interview on site with an HR manager, hiring manager, and production planner. I then had another interview with the department director. I applied in the middle of May and started at the beginning of July.
