The process consisted of four interviews. First with a recruiter, second with a district manager, third with a store manager, and last with the director of all retail stores. The process took over three months. We reached the point where either I would or would not receive an offer and they made a last minute decision to completely do away with their training program. Very disappointing, especially after all the time and effort that went into the interview process.
