Interview
I applied online and someone from HR called me the following day. Asked a few questions and then scheduled me for a group interview 2 days later. It was sort of a panel interview with 3 store managers and 1 person from corporate. I was in the room with 3 other applicants, and we all had a chance to answer each question. All questions were pretty standard in terms of providing good customer service, why L'occitane, what are your favorite products from the company and why, what makes you successful, describe yourself in 2 words, and there was also a role-playing game in which they give you a product and tell you to sell it to them. After the interview they said they would get back to us within the week. I got a call the following day to speak with the district manager. By the end of the week, they called me back again with a job offer.

No difficult questions. Just make sure to do research about L'occitane and check out their products on the website. They WILL ask you what are your favorite products (if you have any) and why. They want to see if you're somewhat knowledgeable about their products, and this will work out in your favor when you do the role-playing, since it will be easier for you to sell the product.
Very smooth for the whole interview and got hired, it was very pleasant talk with the manager and understanding the whole company structure. Besides got to explore more of their products
The interviewer seems professional and nice, no harsh questions and start on time. I think all retail interview very similar and nothing special in it. Just normal process and questions.
Super casual! The manager was very nice and kind! She asked basic questions, like why I wanted to work there. She also gave me insight about the job and told me she would call me with the results.
