Submitted my resume online, then got an email back from HR wanting to schedule a phone interview. If you passed the phone interview, then you were asked to have a 1 on 1 interview. I was actually interviewed by another intern, which was kind of strange.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
