I was only able to get to round 3. The screening is standard. I remember having an interview with a VP and they didn't know much about the position, they were being moved to a different position so I'm not sure why they were conducting interviews in the first place. There was no direct hiring manager and everything seemed messy, no one knew what was happening and what they were doing. One of the interviewers barely spoke English so the interview was a bit awkward. They also seemed passive and didn't review my resume before the interview so they did not come prepared at all...
