Interview
It was a thorough interview of an applicant's strengths and weaknesses. Applicant must know lean principles, GD&T, and have fantastic group collaboration skills to be considered. It is important to know what you would be doing as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern before applying, as some of the questions are related to knowledge of responsibilities.

The interview itself was tedious, the process not so much. A lot of questions were asked. I received feedback about a day or two later though. I ended up accepting the offer.

Explain how exactly you used a software to solve a problem.
Fairly straightforward and as expected, not too difficult but there were multiple rounds. Was interviewed for multiple roles at once without knowing exactly which role I was being targeted for until much later.
Phone screening with recruiter, followed by 1:1 interview with manager and then panel interview with managers and team members. Most of the questions focused on experience and behavioral questions. Overall a positive experience.
