Question 1
Describe a time that you had difficulties with a teammate while working on a project. How did you handle this situation.
After my initial screening call with the recruiter I was invited to a formal interview. My interview was 45 min long and consisted of questions regarding my knowledge of the company, my past experience/projects and various behavioral questions.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L3Harris (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2021
Interview
Interview was very non-technical. Had to show and talk about previous projects and relevant courses. No tough interview questions were asked. Did it with HR and had a manager call in to talk about the relevant project work.
