I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L3Harris (Rochester, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was "normal", A phone conversation followed by an in-person interview where they went over the job requirements and my job history. There was a tour of a portion of the facility and then he asked a few pointed questions about batteries / charging which I describe below. This was in the 2008 timeframe.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer insisted that all batteries were 1.5V - or something like that. I think he was trying to see how I deal with conflict, yet this led me to believe they were not well educated.
They will ask for an introduction.
Behavioral questions follow. "How have you dealt with this problem?" "How do you work in a team?"
Some light technical questions. "Are you familiar with Jira/MBSE?"
Emphasis on knowledge of Agile framework.

Are you familiar with or have experience with Agile Framework?
Recruiter was very nice and just went over my resume with me and asked very basic tell me a time questions. They said they wanted a masters student so we didn't go forward with it.
