Interview
The interview process was very easy. I met with the branch manager and talked about my previous sales experience. He wanted me to come in the next day to take a personality/sales quiz. The computer quiz session took longer because the computers were down. Easy 20 minute 1:1 interview with Manager.
The interview process was great. I had two interviews, but one could have been more professional than the other. The experience is overall bad because I was promised a position as an assistant manager but I was given a different position with a much lower pay.
Not really an interview at all. You get the job if you have consistent transportation pretty much. They go over pay and things like that. Really the interview is just a formality
Took about 15 minutes, asked simple questions. Anyone could get this job so long as you have a pulse. Pay offered was not great so did not stay with the company for very long.
