Quick and easy. The manager was nice and informative. She interviewed me behind the sales rep desk. Interview was rathe informal. Dress code is not strict. If you go in tights and t-shirt you will be just fine.

Basically was asked what my sales experience was and was offered the job. They set goals that would be required of me and asked if I believed I could achieve these goals. If you are a good talker and not shy then you will ace an interview with this company.
