The interview pretty was pretty simple. They want to know if you’re self motivated, driven, ambitious. Make sure your availability is flexible and willing to work overtime and cover shifts and be moved to other locations
Super easy process. Basic questions about sales and general fitness knowledge. I went through two rounds just to meet the team. Both rounds were in person about 30 minutes to an hour long. Overall smooth process.
