I had a really smooth and positive experience throughout the entire interview process. It felt well-structured, respectful of my time, and genuinely focused on getting to know me both technically and personally The process consisted of: • A recruiter conversation • A take-home assignment • Assignment review session • Hiring Manager interview • CTO interview The take-home assignment was practical and relevant to real-world scenarios rather than artificial algorithmic tasks. It focused on system design thinking, code quality, and decision-making. The review session felt more like a collaborative discussion, we talked through trade-offs, scalability considerations, and architectural choices The Hiring Manager interview focused on teamwork, ownership, and how I approach technical challenges. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than a checklist evaluation The CTO interview was one of the highlights.
