Applied via LinkedIn and then had a quick telephone call with HR. Due to my work restraints at that time, I wasn't able to make an in-person meeting however we did a number of calls online with the different teams. The team where very amenable and understanding of my work restraints and worked around them.

He came in explained the process and said fill this out. Background checks were extensive. He came back 3 months later dropped some boxes and left after handing me a technician's guide.
