LPL Financial interview questions

I had a screening interview with someone from the recruiting department after submitting my resume online. The person that interviewed me was not typically involved in hiring attorneys and did not seem to have a good understanding of the role. The salary range posted was over $100k, but when I asked what the target was, it was in the bottom $20k of the posted range. I was told that a follow up interview would be scheduled, but did not hear back from anyone after several attempts to follow up.
