Very hard test meant to pick off everyone except for family and friends of the Directors. They get a peek at the test before hand and get the upper advantage on the skills test.

The test is irrelevant since 100 people applied to open positions at LRES, but only 15 random people get picked. They end up picking their friends in. The interview is a farce.
