I was already working in the office as a temporary employee, when the full time position became available in March 2015. Another two positions had been previously available in November 2014, but because I hadn't put in my 520 hours as a temp, LRES would not hire me due to the contract they have with the temp agency indicating no hiring full time until the temp agency gets their 2 lbs. of flesh, or 520 hours in this case.
