LTN Global Communications interview questions

Average interview process. The people I met seemed smart with the exception of some senior management who seem confused about what project management is. You get the sense they're looking for an engineer who just wants to write tickets for other engineers. The big negative with this company is their practice of ghosting candidates. I went through several rounds and was ghosted by one of their recruiters. I didn't get any response even after reaching out.

Speedy interview process, however I wouldn’t say hold your breath for hope with LTN. I was informed I was selected and would be receiving an offer. To then be provided no update for 3 days, having to reach out to multiple members of management, and then being told I will no longer be receiving an offer with no explanation provided. As unfortunate as I am to say it I can only conclude this due to ethnicity reasons. I’ve had the opportunity to meet with others who’ve previously interviewed for positions with LTN, excellent backgrounds. But were passed up for less qualified individuals whom were European decent. I would not recommend this organization to others. A lot of political opinions involved as well.
