Group interview, or party as they called it. There were about 20 applicants, we all introduced ourselves by name, our sign, preferred pronouns, and last album we listened to. We were then required to fill out an availability sheet, turned them in, then we were split up into groups. A leader of some type was then going to show us a couple products that they usually demo on people, explaining what it was, the featured ingredients, and how to properly use it. They then told us we were going to do it on each other to see how well we remembered the information, how well we could hold a conversation, and sell the product(s). After going through it, we were then handed off to the other leader to do it again but with a different array of products. We were given feedback each time, mostly positive. We were then given a free bath bomb before we left. Select people were emailed to do a follow-up interview, 1-1 with a leader then the manager or MIT. It was the same process, they showed you a product, how to use it, demo it, then you do it on them and they give you feedback. When you were offered the position it was over the phone then you had to come in and fill out paperwork the following week.

First there was a phone interview about 10-15 minutes long. I believe the phone interview was meant to see if there was a personality fit. If you passed the phone interview, there were scheduled in person interviews. The in person interview was basically a role-play sales demo selling a product of your choice after reading product description/details
