La Europa Academy interview questions

I met with executive director. Very nice people with good intentions to work with adolescents struggling with mental health issues. Very challenging job so applicants should be serious about working with kids who have great needs.

Interview was held over Zoom. The interviewer was pretty nice, but he was 15 minutes late. The questions were fairly easy to answer, and aside from the late start it was a smooth process.
