Interview

The interview started off normal. Average questions. It later lacked major components such as: pay, benefits, the fact of no paid holidays, etc. The PTO situation was tricky depending on full time or part time or when you started. They explain that they value people from all over the world but do not tell you that you may not get off work for religious holidays you celebrate or understand you cannot touch/work with certain ingredients due to religion.

Interview

They ask the standard first interview questions - work experience, expected wages, etc. They then schedule you for a test shift or 'observational shift' where you come in and work for 2-4 hours.
