This is an extremely long interview process, make sure you really want it honestly. first online application, then 15 minute recruiter phone call, then an online interview with 2 employees, then an in person day in toronto which includes a panel interview, coffee chats and a business case. super fun but super high pressure and energy day. I was taken to the final round in St. Louis, which was the best experience of my life despite not getting an offer. the company really does want the best and they invest money, time and energy to find it.
Received hr call after online assessment. Hr call was about 15 minutes and go over behavioral questions and introduced the role. Basically worked through your resume and talked about achievements.

Interview
Very competitive, total of 6-7 rounds of interviews ranging from online assessments to in person interviews. Last 2 rounds are most competitive consisting of a full day assessment event and then a panel interview with top management.
