Labforward Team Leader - Software Engineering - Labfolder interview questions

The first round was HR, and the lady interviewed like she is not interested in taking interviews. After 2 minutes of self introduction, she told me the profile does not match and they are looking for a person who has experience in java and not the team leader position. I don't understand why they are shortlisting for first round and wasting our time and effort !!! Don't go for this, especially if you are not from Germany
