The talent manager contacted me, we set a date for a 15 min videocall. After 3 weeks he came back with a technical online test. It was written: we do not expect you complete all test cases in the given time, just try your best for covering all tests... I completed all the tests. After submitting my solution, website warned me also some hidden test cases were running but I had not to worry about that anyway... The day after I received the negative feedback because: - low quality of code AND hidden test were not succesful...if the hidden test were successful, I could be fine the talent manager said... For the company: say exactly which is your goal and be clear. If my test starts with 120 min, show the timer. If good code covering half tests is better than bad code covering all the tests, just say it and do not call it "Algorithm Test" then...
