Interview
Interview was booked online. Overall process was simple, but the interviewer was a little intimidating, and did not engage in small talk, jumping straight into the questions. Most questions were general interview questions, with some unique ones about types of milk and sampling cheese.

Q: how many types of milk are there? Q: how would you sample cheese to test it?
Super straight forward, all behavioral questions. At the end, they ask for your availability and tell you the next steps. Main point of the interview is to get to know you better.
