Applied online and was contacted by the hiring manager (principal) for an in person interview. After accepting position, did on boarding which included drug testing, finger prints, and in person orientation

I Sent in my Resume. I Met with principal for the interview. The questions were mostly based on my beliefs on classroom structure, classroom behavior expectations, and teaching style. She also asked me to walk her through my resume.

Walk me through how you would structure a reading lesson. How would you handle a disruptive student.
Was very smooth and easy. I interviewed for two different schools. More conversational based as opposed to question after question. I left feeling confident and aware of the next steps to follow.
