Interview
Very relaxed interview process. They ask you basic questions about your job background and any education. In reality they will pretty much hire anybody because they are very short on help due to the fact that people keep quitting. No education needed besides high school. No sales experience required either as they will "train you".

Interview
Pretty standard interview, asked about previous experience, asked how I would react to everyday/possible situations. Had to provide a clean drug test to secure the position. Was accepted and worked there for a year in the West Loop.
