From the start, I was met by employees and residents, who were encouraging and welcoming. I originally applied for a lesser position, and was offered a position with more responsibility and a higher wage. The interview was process was handled with respect and in a positive atmosphere. I interviewed with the gentleman, who would become my Supervisor, and his Supervisor. I was hired after one interview.
