Staff were very friendly, encouraging and supportive. I was always able to pick up extra shifts when I was available.

This is the worst social service agency I have ever worked for in my whole life. The Upper management is horrible and awful. They provide constant stress to any employee that has any awareness at all in their mind. The Nursing Department is terrible . The Nurse is completely incompetent all around. The nurse's name is Amy and she is rude and Nasty to everyone in the whole company. For example, one time she didn't notice that multiple items sent out to different houses had the wrong medications in the items. A few staff members end up giving these medications to participants. Amy freaks out completely and starts screaming out all the DSP that did it on accident and doesn't take any accountability for not checking in the medication properly herself during this situation. Amy was constantly making mistakes and then fighting with random staff members.
