It was pretty cool, they reached out after I applied I believe, asked me to send a video answering a few questions, I passed that stage, the next step was to do a skills test which I didn't complete by the way.
Was told I would get a zoom call as the first round of interview, but I never received a link to join. I emailed the day before and the day of but never heard back. What a waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Landed (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interview process:
1. Screening call
2. Manager phone screen (technical phone screen) (1 hours) (triple byte)
3. 4x15m Tech screening
4. Full loop (virtual on site) values, team fit, general comp, tech interview (3 hours)
The recruiter called me and the conversation was great, and I enjoyed speaking with them. Seems like a great startup company with a great mission.
