I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Landor (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial screening interview with HR then passed on to hiring manager. After that, spoke with 3 senior level executives, who gave broader perspective on how the function fits within the organization. Then moved on to peers - one within the function, and one in the local office to answer more specific questions about the day to day and culture. HR shepherded the process all throughout. Seemed like offer was forthcoming, but it was delayed t0 2024.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Walk through professional experience, what relevant skills I would bring to the organization, examples of past success and failure.
Recruiter from the company contacted me. We chatted the role and its scope though, pleasant enough convo. She advised she'd circle back. Instead, I get an automated email stating (completely depersonalized) stating they weren't moving forward. Wanted to double check the automated email hadn't been sent in error, considering the recruiter was directly in touch with me. After all, wouldn't you want to send a more personalized note post-convo? Followed up with the recruiter to double check that automated email was intended, never heard back. Quite a cold approach at the end of the day.

Question 1
Good questions regarding past experience, and marketing approaches.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Landor (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
I had five conversations:
1. With recruiter over the phone
2. With hiring manager
3. With region president and practice lead
4. With hiring manager
5. With hiring manager and region president
There were some scheduling difficulties (i.e. I was supposed to come in one day for an interview, but they had neglected to tell me that I had been scheduled for an interview at all). But everyone, from receptionist to region president, were extremely warm, welcoming, kind, intelligent, and respectful.

Question 1
They asked me about names of people I'd worked with. I think this was to gauge my reactions to those people (i.e. to determine fit if it was something they liked/admired/respected or not).
