Applied online, got invited for interview within two weeks time. Interview was face to face. It was very comfortable, everyone was very courteous and it was more like a nice chat with a friend than an interview. Felt good walking out of the meeting and still have a lot of respect for the company.

After submitting my documentation, I was invited preliminary phone call interview before in-person interview. I received conference call number and password and the exact time. So, interview was proceeded with potential superior with the same role.

Interview
Very straightforward, two phone conversations. Need to show a real interest and understanding of branding to succeed, pick out some of your favorite brands, campaigns and advertisements to talk about. Should also look out for a brand that you don't like, or don't think are doing the right things.
Straight forward behavioral questions were a part of the second round of interview. The first was to gauge your understanding of branding.
