Interview
A few interviews; they really care about who they allow into their organization. There is a combination of both informal and formal settings. The owner is very hands on. Not in a bad way; it shows that he cares abut his company and who he allows in.
The interview process was pleasant , informative and felt very comfortable asking questions. I felt they answered all of the questions I had and left with a good idea of what "next steps" to expect.
