Asked questions about your previous workplaces. Okay but seems fishy.
The Filipino head will try to make your CV look suspicious when you've been honest what you can and cannot do all along. Will try to accuse things which are not very nice and common. She told me she is just trying to be nice because my answers dont match when she was the one finding it hard to recall. She seems nervously trying to deliver her agenda.
It was a demeanor I did not expect and told me to prove whatever i told them in the interview when I got hired. Seems normal but said it in a very rude and demanding way. She did not believe the last drawn salary i had with my previous company and made it obvious. I think it's wrong when she can just ask for proof plus the last drawn salary i had wasn't even that high.
The boss is good and a businessman who knows how to negotiate. But the filipino lady seems like just looking for someone to exploit and enslave. Instead of accusing someone's credential a lie, better ask supporting questions professionally.
After this obvious strategy of bringing down your morale, they will offer you the job and offered me much less than my previous. Atleast just say that their budget for the position cannot afford it, don't resort to many manipulative tactics. Big RED FLAG.
Another Filipino OFW who simps over bosses here by exploiting his/her fellow.
