Lane Construction interview questions

Informal interview that was mostly centered around past experience. Was pushed to the interview phase after a recruiter saw relevant past internship experience on my resume. Overall casual and easy experience.

The hiring process consisted of three different stages. First, I had an initial meeting with Human Resources to discuss my background and experience. This was followed by a technical interview with managers to evaluate my professional skills. Finally, I met with the Project Manager to discuss the specific daily tasks and team workflow.
